When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
        產品介紹 background:
        RNF43 is a probable E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that promotes cell growth and is upregulated in colon cancer. E3 ubiquitin ligases accept ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme in the form of a thioester and then directly transfer the ubiquitin to targeted substrates.

        Function:
        Probable E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase. E3 ubiquitin ligases accept ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme in the form of a thioester and then directly transfer the ubiquitin to targeted substrates.

        Subunit:
        Interacts with AKAP8L, NONO and SFPQ.

        Subcellular Location:
        Endoplasmic reticulum membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein (Potential). Nucleus envelope.

        Tissue Specificity:
        Expressed in fetal kidney, fetal lung, in colon cancer tissues, hepatocellular carcinomas and lung adenocarcinomas. Overexpressed in colorectal cancer cell lines.

        Contains 1 RING-type zinc finger.
