| 產品介紹 | 蛋白質的ε-氨基賴氨酸乙?；强刂频鞍踪|活性的一種重要的可逆修飾。核心組蛋白的氨基末端在多個位點發生賴氨酸甲基化，稱為“組蛋白密碼”或“表觀遺傳密碼”。核心組蛋白中賴氨酸甲基化是形成基因組活性區和非活性區的主要決定因素，因此在多種細胞事件中起著至關重要的作用。在大多數物種中，賴氨酸甲基化主要發生在組蛋白H3（Lys4、9、27、36、79）和H4（Lys20）上，并且與轉錄激活和沉默有關。受組蛋白甲基化酶（HMTs）和組蛋白去甲基化酶（HDMs）調控的組蛋白甲基化在癌癥和其他疾病的病理過程中受到損害，因此，調節組蛋白賴氨酸甲基化的酶已成為抗癌藥物的靶點。 |
