        產品介紹 High Mobility Group Box-1 (HMGB1) is a cytokine implicated in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and other inflammatory diseases. The cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway, a vagus nerve dependent mechanism, inhibits HMGB1 release in experimental disease models

        Function:
        DNA binding proteins that associates with chromatin and has the ability to bend DNA. Binds preferentially single-stranded DNA. Involved in V(D)J recombination by acting as a cofactor of the RAG complex. Acts by stimulating cleavage and RAG protein binding at the 23 bp spacer of conserved recombination signal sequences (RSS). Heparin-binding protein that has a role in the extension of neurite-type cytoplasmic processes in developing cells.

        近來的研究表明稱之為高遷移率族蛋白B-1(HMG-B1)的核內結構蛋白在核外表達時是一種有效的早期炎癥介質。
        高遷移性B1組蛋白(HMGB1): 是一種核結合蛋白,在DNA重組、修復、復制和基因轉錄中起作用。HMGB1也是巨噬細胞分泌的一種介質。
        此外,高遷移性B1組蛋白亦被受刺激的巨噬細胞或單核細胞主動分泌。在這一主動分泌過程中,HMGB1首先經乙?;⒂珊藘绒D移至溶酶體內,繼而在ATP和溶血磷脂膽堿兩種分泌信號指導下轉移至細胞外。由壞死細胞被動釋放的HMGB1和炎癥細胞主動分泌的HMGB1存在分子上的差異。胞外的HMGB1可作為細胞因子參與信號傳導,因為它既可識別Toll 樣受體(TLR)家族的一些成員,又能與識別晚期糖基化終末產物受體(RAGE)相作用。
        HMGB1能啟動炎癥反應,包括產生多種細胞因子、對某些干細胞產生趨化作用、誘導血管粘附分子、削弱腸上皮細胞的功能等
